To the owner of Electromania Wireless on Ferry Street. I understand that you feel the need to defend your business but please don't try to make it seem as though I am illiterate or I can't read or comprehend because I only mentioned the store credit to make the point that my only option was to use the store credit for another item and your "latino" employees were treating me as though it was MY FAULT that the camera that I originally purchased was faulty and DID NOT WORK. Furthermore please note that it was not a misunderstanding because I understood perfectly well what was happening and since you were not there you can not speak on the matter. I suggest you check your surveillance footage and review how long I was in the store being ignored and unassisted. The only communication problem there was, was the "latino" employees proceeding to speak in another language to each other in front of me as if Google Translate is not a thing. I assure you Sir, I won't be shopping there again as the products are poor quality and the customer service...

HORRIBLE service definitely do not recommend wasting your time or money here.

Purchased an indoor camera and it did not work. Returned it and only received store credit. When I went to the store to use the store credit I was completely dissatisfied with the lack of help and disrespect. One of the staff members was on the phone and the one proceeded to eat the entire time. They could not answer simple questions. They were rude and one of them kept calling me “Sir” trying to be smart. Their prices are ridiculously inflated with no price tags so you have to ask them how much everything is. When I asked to speak to a manager or store owner, the staff told me to come back another day. They do not care about anyone but their own kind trust me when I tell you.

Horrible customer service! I purchased a flip phone here about two months ago, I couldn’t get it to activate with Verizon so I put it in the box and decided to go back and get store credit since they don’t do refunds. Everything was going good until he takes it behind the counter and scratches the front screen!
