I contacted this service center for a glass replacement on my camera because it was damaged. During the replacement process, an employee of this repair department damaged my camera, resulting in my camera taking poor and terrible photos. Black spots appeared when the camera is turned on. These black spots were created mechanically when he roughly cleaned my camera. In response to all my complaints and requests to fix this problem, they said it was not their fault and that they had nothing to do with it, stating that he just replaced the glass. However, it was obvious that he damaged my camera during the glass replacement. They refused to even refund the $40 I paid for their service. The service was provided terribly, they ruined my iPhone 14 Pro Max camera. After dealing with these workers, I went to another service center where they confirmed that the camera had been mechanically damaged by the previous service center. Everything was fixed in a different service center, but this service center did not even apologize or acknowledge their fault, which ruined my mood and spoiled my day.
