I just went here for the first time and decided to write a review right away. I came in because I was with my daughter and they had a sign saying there was a play area for kids. So unique!

I had the x-burguer and my daughter had the mini coxinhas with catupiry. They were both excellent. Their house sauce on the burger was very good and the bun didn’t dry the whole thing out, which I find to be a very common issue at Brazilian snack places. The server was great. People around me were getting açaí, which looked amazing. I will get that next time.

The food was absolutely delicious. I am a big fan of açai bowl and this was the best açai bowl I have ever had. The açai was smooth, and the flavor was deep. I happen to chance up upon the owner, and he says that he directly imports his açai from Brazilian distributors. You can tell the difference and the quality. This is much better than locally sourced alternatives like playa bowl.

I also got the chicken burger and the chicken empanada. Both absolutely delicious. The best part is everything is Halal. There is no pork or ham. Uses alternative meats, such as beef or turkey. There’s a new Muslim owner and I highly recommend. I look forward...

Lugar gostoso, comida boa. Péssimo atendimento. Claro que posso. Visitei o local no dia das mães. Até foi ideia do meu filho de me pagar um açaí. Adorei o açaí. Porém fiquei sentada na mesa mais ou menos uns 30 minutos até vir ser atendida. Anotaram nosso pedido é esperei mais uns 40 minutos até receber. Desculpe, mais achei muito tempo de espera entre pegar nosso pedido e muita espera após o pedido. Havia outras pessoas no local, porém não estava lotado. Acabou que esperei mais de uma hora para experimentar o açaí. Acho realmente que é muito tempo. Agradeço por sua atenção, acho muito importante da sua parte em ler e dar atenção a essas reclamações. Mais a comida ( não só o açaí, mais os salgados tbm são muito bons. Porém na minha humilde opinião, deveria melhorar o atendimento. Pq naquele dia, era um domingo eu até tinha tempo. Mais se fosse no meu horário de almoço por exemplo, num dia de semana. Já nem entraria na loja pq já saberia que perderia meu horário de almoço inteiro apenas pra pegar um açaí. Me perdoe se de alguma maneira prejuquei seu estabelecimento ou um dos seus funcionários. A minha intenção nunca foi essa. Sempre foi para melhorar o atendimento. Aliás, Newark inteira ( outros comércios tbm ) atendem nós consumidores com um certo descaso. Parece que estão sempre mal humorados e alguns lugares, muitos chegam a ser completamente sem educação. Talvez os empregadores deveriam treinar o pessoal do atendimento para que melhorasse em geral. Sei que não sou só eu que reclamo como consumidora. Parabéns pela sua atitude de querer melhorar.
