been going here since 2021 and always had the best service until jenny did my eyebrows, shes the most rude and vile employee. i typically go to another lady because she always does it good and gives me an arch but she was busy with doing manicure for someone else. i showed a picture to jenny before she got started but she didn’t tell me she couldn’t do it so i trusted that she knew what she was doing, not only did she not give me an arch but she took off all the hairs at the end of my eyebrows making them short and straight. and then when i was explaining to marline, jenny comes out cussing me out in spanish and i was going to respond but i withheld myself because i wouldve took it outside. marline who did my nails and toes did it with such perfection and really took her time. DONT LET JENNY BE THE ONE TO SERVICE YOU BECAUSE IF YOU ASK HER TO MODIFY ANYTHING SHE'LL PURPOSELY MAKE IT WORST!!!!!! its employees like her that make owners lose business, now due to jenny the salon just lost a...
Read moreThere is a huge lack of professonalism and organization at this salon - so horrible. I came twice to make an appointment to avoid a long wait, and they said no need walk-ins are allowed. I knew better than this and showed up as sooon as they opened on Saturday for my appointment. There was only one person there, and I had to wait an hour for the manicure. So sad - the other staff showed up an hour late without a notice or apology to the customers who had to wait a long time. My manicure was rushed because there were so many people waiting. How do I have glue extending outsde my nail bed/frame? I had white stuff all over my hands, which made my ski very dry. The lady who did my pedicure was good, but the guy who did my mani was bad. I did not tip either. My mani was more imprtant cuz people see your hands more often and he ruined it -- it was my birhday weekend. Not coming back again, I need a nail salon in Newark that is organized and neat with clients -- not this...
Read moreI've been a few times, and only one person did a great job on my regular manicure/pedicure. It's never a wait, and the women are so polite most of the time. But when I get a manicure, I don't want the skin cut off my fingers, and that's what happened this last time, 3 weeks later, the skin is growing back, and it is coming in hard. And I hate that. My cuticles don't even seem like they were actually cut. Just push back. And get this I paid $60 for a buff manicure and pedicure. It wouldn't have been an issue if she opened up a new buffer just for me, but no, she used a used one on me, and that's crazy. Typically, I paid an extra $5 to buff my hands and feet, but they wanted $10 for each. I had no issues paying but that that was a bit over board. I'll go back if it's my last resort and the lady I like is there but other than that I'll pass...
