I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience. The person who took my order was very rude—when I asked for crema, she insisted that sour cream and crema are the same, which was already frustrating.

I ordered al pastor and chicken tacos, and unfortunately, they were bland, lacking in quality , lacking in flavor, and very poorly assembled. The quality did not reflect the price I paid.

To make matters worse, when I called to address the issue, the woman on the phone simply said, “No sé qué decirte, amor,” which felt dismissive and unprofessional.

I spent over $100 on this order, and the poor customer service and food quality were completely unacceptable. I won’t...

VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I ordered thru DoorDash four PAID items: The los tacos which was $8.99, the guacamole which was $2.50, the pico de gallo which was $1.50, and a bottle of water which was $1.41

The tacos, the guacamole, and the pico de gallo came up to $12.99. Add the bottled water and that’s $14.40, add the 95¢ tax and the total is $15.35

I was supposed to have FOUR paid items in the bag and there were only TWO paid items which were the tacos and the water. The guacamole and the pico de gallo were not in the bag BUT I was charged for them.

The proof is on the receipt it only lists 2 items in...

This places deserves way more stars. The al pastor is crispy and flavorful, and the soft taco shell is fried so that it's the perfect texture. The veggies are full of flavor and tasted fresh.

I think most people reviewing have had an issue with delivery or the order being wrong, which might be more of a translation problem than anything else (the employees speak almost exclusively Spanish). However, I personally have never had any issue ordering both online and in person, so I'm guessing these reviews represented isolated incidents.
