PROS: Great location right next to Prudential Center and really short walk to Newark Penn train station. The building is safe and has lobby security. Lots of newly renovated condos for rent prices that are cheaper than some of the surrounding apartment buildings like 1180, ICONIQ, One Theater. Nice gym. There’s also a big parking lot in front of building that is convenient and has discount prices for Renaissance Tower residents. Is a nice complex building with private security. The lobby very presentable for the people the front side part of the building has a pilet a water pilet very nice decorative for the presentation of the front side. Is located in a very busy plane right at the middle of Newark. Safe place since there's police and security all around. Close to Penn Station and Prudential Center and public bus transportation.
