This hidden gem is a must do & was my last stop after going to 2 bigger dress shops the same day. With only two months to our I Do's; I tried on 8 dresses prior and 4 additional dresses at White Rose Bridal. My intent was to try on 3 more dresses, and if it fails, I was done and having a dress made. I was so exhausted from prior sales representatives and feeling like my voice wasn't being heard. I was very intentional with what I wanted , the look I needed to achieve, and I showed pictures of my vision. I felt like the earlier sales representatives were always trying to suggest something totally different and surpass my budget. Barbara's experience was the complete opposite. She listened and respected budget constraints. All the dresses I tried on had to be ordered. This was also my 2nd marriage, and I did not wear a white dress the 1st time and also did not this 2nd time around. The 1st 3 dresses I tried on were great, but unknowingly to me was Barbara's way of leading up to the 4th dress, which made me cry. I also promised not to cry. 😀 The pics do not give justice to the cafe color. After hearing my earlier experience, she suggested that I go home, rest, and think about my decision, which i did. Of course, I returned and said YES to my 2nd Mon Cheri dress. When my dress arrived, a few alterations were needed & also customized by adding sleeves. This is when Barbara went above & beyond to not only secure an additional fabric match for the unusual color at zero cost; together with an in-house seamstress, we designed the sleeves that I felt were the perfect add on for our fall wedding. I had the most incredible experience finding my dream dress! Shockingly, the dream dress ended up being a ball gown 😂. Who knew?! From the moment I stepped into White Rose Bridal, I felt completely at ease. Barbara's passion for her work is evident. I fell head over heels over one of her original designs; a beautiful ball gown with a split 😍. I loved the dress, but I was also drawn to a more fitted silhouette. Barbara was so patient and understanding, and she worked with me to achieve a look that incorporated both styles. Although we faced some unexpected challenges with alterations, Barbara went above and beyond to ensure I had the perfect dress for my big day. I actually ended up with TWO stunning dresses: a White Rose Bridal original and a beautiful Sophia Tolli gown also altered by White Rose Bridal. Her dedication and commitment to her brides is truly remarkable. I felt like I was working with a friend throughout the entire process and I can honestly say that we now are ☺️. I cannot stress enough how a m a z i n g Barbara is! I didn't realize how much I needed her in my wedding dress search until I stepped into her world.
