BC Essentials Aromatherapy — Local services in Newburyport

The only reason that I ever go to Newburyport is to shop at BC Essentials. They sell so many beautiful things... clothes, jewelry, baby gifts, household items, and, of course, their entire aromatherapy line of products. My sister and I love this store and try to go at least once a year... we would go more often but live an hour away. The owner, as well as her employees, provide the best customer service anywhere! During my recent visit, I purchased a ring from the Qudo line of jewelry, which is beautiful and has interchangeable colored stones. I didn't notice until the next day at home that one of the stones on the band was missing. I immediately called the store and left a message and received a prompt response. The owner immediately told me that she would order a replacement, would mail it to me, and I would receive it in a few weeks. All of this happened, as promised... except I wanted to go back and pick it up myself so that I could purchase more color options to wear with my ring. I highly recommend this store for the wonderful selection of products available to buy for yourself and as gifts and for the excellent customer service provided! I can't wait until...
