I went in today with a friend to purchase a necklace. I found the necklace however, while shopping an older female store clerk with a blonde bob haircut, came over and briskly began organizing the jewelry where I was shopping mentioning “things get out of order here”.
The rest of my time felt uncomfortable almost like I was being profiled and monitored. In spite of my suspicions, I still purchased two pairs of sunglasses and the necklace that I came to buy.

Read moreAfter having lunch on Pleasant St., we happened into Pretty Poppy and admired their colorful assortment of clothing, jewelry and accessories. There is a plentiful array and something for just about everyone. The Vacuum Wine Stoppers were clever and oh-so useful. I enjoyed chatting with the upbeat and very pleasant sales associate. There is free street parking around the town for 2 hours which is strictly enforced. I opted for the parking area just off Pleasant St, beside the Unitarian Church. $4.50 for 3 hours. Enough time for a pleasurable lunch and a wander...
