My husband and I have gone to Kaya jewelers before. Once in August 2022, my husband proposed during that time and were staying at Salisbury beach. We passed by Newburyport for lunch and happened to pass by the store. The ring that my husband (fiancé) at the time, was too big on my finger and figured maybe the jewelry store can size down the ring. Karim did it for an hour or so while we walked around town. He did such a great job. 2 years later we are back in the area and it so happens that my wedding ring this time needed to be re-sized and we tried it again to go there and Karim took care of it by installing balls on to the ring to keep it from moving around.
