Bought a “turquoise crystal sterling silver” from them. The sterling silver felt like aluminum, to which I asked and they reassured me it was. 3 months later the band snaps in half and the crystal is just a resin crystal. I called them about it and they asked me to send it back to them and they would replace it with a similar ring. I did, and it immediately felt heavier but the stone still looked fake. I still wore it and it didnt green my skin until about 4-6 months after that and my skin started burning and being extremely irritated from the “sterling silver” ring. Took real good care of something that was not fake once but fake twice. Overpriced cheap fake crystal sterling silver rings. Uncertain on rest of store but the rings are absolutely NOT worth it. I can never thank them enough for my White Tara statue. A friend of mine passed away but before he did gave me a Tara statue. Someone unfortunately stole it from me and it saddened me greatly. For years i tried finding the exact one to no avail. Then I remembered what my friend said. He loved Ganesh and said that's where he got it! I contacted them and unfortunately the owner was in Asia and couldn't get back to me. Months passed and I got a phone call. It was the owner saying he found the Tara and was bringing it back from his trip soon. I rushed over there to find that he had left me a box behind the counter. It had a personal note on it and inside, my beautiful white Tara. He gave it to me as a gift. I cried. I'll never forget the kindness and love going there to this...
