I have been a customer for years and have ordered sofas, chairs and carpets as well as bought decor from Kerry the owner. The upholstery is of a high quality at a great price point for American hand-made furniture. I prefer to spend more upfront for a quality piece and reupholster when I change my decor rather than buy poorly made pieces held together with a couple of screws that will end up in a landfill in a few years. Also, Kerry and all of her staff are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful and always willing to spend the the time with you for design questions. When my friend and I entered this shop this afternoon, two women (one whom I’m assuming was a sales clerk and one who appeared to be a customer) acknowledged us and continued their conversation. My friend and I stood aside, in their line of sight, waiting our turn for assistance. When that didn’t happen after several minutes, we just decided to leave the store. That’s when the sales person said something to the effect of “Oh, I’m sorry. We’ve just been chatting. Is there something you needed help with?” Seriously?
