Really, its -100 ‼️ Joined the line & was the 1st person, then another customer was behind me. No one greeted, acknowledged or said anything, as we waited; so long that when the other customer's party returned from the bathroom, they just walked out ‼️ I then had to ask, if anyone was serving guest @ the counter. Received a snooty response (from whom appeared to be in a management position). Then the cashier came, again no greeting, no apology for the extended wait & she was talking super duper fast. So, had to slow things down, as it seems, she wasn't even processing, hearing nor listening, still even after I stated exactly how I wanted a simple cup of coffee 3X's. Then, I waited approx. 10 min & the order was incorrect ! I asked for the cinnamon on the cup of coffee, and the syrup in the same cup, the milk in yet, another cup, just a lil, not a full cup. Now, who would mix, syrup, milk & cinnamon; unless you purposely wanted to, or here's a better idea..... slow down, be present when serving customers & ask, if you're uncertain.
What prompted this review....was the level of unprofessionalism & sarcasm. Afterall, this was a slower part of the day, during the weekend, in the late afternoon, with only about 2 customers in-house. Three staff, then later four. But, what took the 🎂, was, ohhhhh wow, thry do know the "Starbucks " way..... greeting customer's upon arrival &/or acknowledging them, at the counter. For, they did so, to several customers who came in. Thus, not alright that it took "15" to get a cup of ☕️ & staff don't get to "choose", whom they would show courtesy to. Every purchase pays their bills & make-up their salary....... Period 🎤

In closing, I really don't need the credit of stars, forcing me to return & experience such disturbing lack of skills...... I'd rather value my time, don't need to lodge a complaint & have "Starbucks" hierarchy take these situations serious enough to make positive changes. Perhaps, pop up, send mystery shoppers & correct their "internal" problems, independently, without their customers help in learning just who they have hired, whom acts with a level of integrity when not supervised !!!. Read moreI am very displeased with the service I received this morning. I have been coming to this Starbucks location for a few months now and have never had such a bad experience. I ordered my normal drink and automatically knew it was wrong by the color of the drink. I always order one shot of expresso and two pumps of white mocha which usually makes my drink lighter in color. I also order sweet cream cold foam on top. Upon receiving my drink, it was so dark in color and there was a drop of cold foam on top. I asked the girl in the drive thru if my drink could be remade because it was not the normal color and there was barely any cold foam. She proceeds to tell me that there is cold foam on my drink and that it could not be remade during peak hours unless I came inside. There were only 2 cars behind me at the time. So I ask for a manager. The manager comes up and I explain the situation to her. She tells me that there is cold foam on my drink but it sank to the bottom. That made no sense unless my drink had been sitting for a while because I can always see the cold foam on top. She takes my drink to the back and comes back with the “remade drink” with more cold foam on top. I should have tasted it before I drove off but I didn’t. Once I did taste it, it was awful. Extremely bitter and there was no white mocha in the drink. That is why I asked for the drink to be remade. If I am paying $12 for a drink and food, I at least expect it to taste good. I will never come back to this location....
Read moreEvery day the order is placed online thirty minutes prior. When arriving at the store the drinks or the danish are never ready. I have been cool about it but today waiting for the order made us late for work. Walked in and ask what was going on with the danish order and said the name. The young lady behind the counter completely ignored me when asked again she still ignored me once asked a third time with a louder tone then she asked who was it for? I then answered and she turned to ask the other lady at the window who responded " I went to take it out and left it there. The lady who asked continued doing what she was doing then went to look and there was nothing there. She then proceeded to ask another lady that was in the back room and she followed her to get it. at that point I left to drop the other person with me to work. I them came back to get the Danish and the same young lady was standing on the other side of the counter who i try to call her attention by saying " excuse me " three times until she finally looked at me and I asked her who was the manager. She then responded the one standing there helping the customer. I asked her what was her name? She responded well she us not a manager. she is a supervisor and her names is Leslie or something like that. The worst Starbucks experience ever. Not only there is attitude and disrespect but you don't receive what you pay for...
