I love how the facility looks and how nice everyone was, but I had quite a bad experience with the results of my eyebrow wax and brazilian wax. I don’t remember the girls name, but she was kind to me and wore glasses. So, at the end while getting dressed, I looked in the room mirror and noticed one of my eyebrows looked off. After looking closer, it was a whole strip of yellow wax still left on my eyebrow. I immediately cleaned it off with their makeup wipes and then opened the door to wave in the girl. She came in and I asked her if she meant to leave it since it was kind of higher up and would have taken off a lot of hair. She said yes. It was obviously a mistake on her end. I was fine with that, accidents happen, but she also didn’t apologize for leaving the actual wax on my brow as I was scrubbing it off, which I thought was odd. Earlier she’d prided herself on getting the wax stray-away pieces off clients, but this was an actual strip of yellow wax that hadn’t been removed at all.

I moved on, thanked her, paid, and left. The second part (and worst part) didn’t happen till I got home later on. I went to use the restroom and my butt-cheeks felt weird. I felt a sensation as if the cheeks were peeling apart. So I wipe and all of the paper literally gets stuck, like STUCK. I couldn’t even remove it. I had to jump in the shower and once I felt how much wax was left between the cheeks, I was really frustrated and upset at that point. It hurt to remove it all because the hair was now wet from the shower and tangled all in the wax too. I spent a good 15 minutes washing it all away and shaving the remaining hair/wax bits off. At the time of the waxing, she did one single butt strip on me and I’d thought it was odd but didn't question it. After thinking back on that, It made sense why so much wax was left. She didn’t do it thoroughly at all and had slathered it all down the middle, not making sure to touch up anything back there or do two strips like other waxers have done before. I also noticed there was a decent sized patch of hair still on the labia while in the shower, like quite a bit of hair honestly. My legs were done nicely and the free vitamin scrub I got is nice, but I think for the $110 worth of services, this experience should have been much, much better. I can’t imagine if I’d have gone out for the night with friends or something and had that experience out in public. I’m just glad I was home so I could finish it all while in the shower. I went in for a Brazilian and a waxer name Slavanna (Older white woman with a strong accent and long white hair) I believe was her name was very rude. She began the wax and I instantly noticed the wax was too hot. I have been getting waxed for 5 years and I always go to Brazilian Body Wax by Andreia no matter the location. I told her the wax was a little hot and she replied by telling me I was sensitive. I brushed it off. She applied more wax to inner lip and it was so hot it started to burn me. I told her once again that it was too hot and she insisted that I was sensitive and that the wax wasn’t hot. Before she got a chance to do another strip I had to advocate for myself and tell her to please let the wax cool off before applying more. She then told me next time I come I need to use a different aesthetician. Due to her saying that statement I politely declined her service and asked if someone else was in the building to wax me she lied to my face and said no one was available and that she was the only one there. I then got up and told her I don’t want her to wax me because she isn’t listening to me when I told her the wax was too hot and she was also being rude to me. Her response back to me was that she doesn’t want to wax me anymore because I complained that the wax was too hot and she believed that it wasn’t hot because she waxed 5 people before me. I have never been treated that way in any establishment I have been to. The manger stepped in and finished my wax, apologized, and rectified the situation.
