worst experience I ever had at a restaurant. We had a large party of 15 which they knew about a month or so ahead of time. we had a seemingly young and inexperienced waiter who clearly didn't know what she was doing. She had issues with our order from the start. I believe her name was Kaitlyn. She was obviously overwhelmed but she had another very nice young girl helping her that was 10 times better than she was. I understand frustration with large parties but being rude is unnecessary. referring to elderly as "you" and not ma'am. she needs to be cooking in the kitchen and not a waiter. the real issues came when one of the meals came out when it was time to go. how do you pass out to go plates before someone gets their meal. the real issue came when she was trying to sort the check and she became belligerent and began yelling at female members of my family. We were trying to help her figure it out and I went to get the manager to help her. we told her just to calm down and relax that we would help and she yelled "stop telling me to call down" and basically had a melt down in the middle of the restaurant. of course no one gave her a tip because she was super rude so as we were leaving, she said "of course yall dont tip" which seemed very racist but her manager never said anything to her and let her do whatever she wanted. I will never visit this location again and will tell anyone that will hear not to visit either. utter lack of respect. she ruined what was supposed to be a nice family outing with...
Read moreTexas Roadhouse in Newnan was amazing in every aspect this evening. When we arrived, we thought the wait would be long; considering the overflowing parking lot. We only waited about 20 minutes before being texted that our table was ready. One manager introduced himself at the check-in stand. Our waitress arrived right after being seated and brought our drinks out immediately. After placing our order, warm, golden-brown rolls arrived with plenty of luscious honey-cinnamon butter (sorry peanut fans, these are better). Due to the packed dining room, we expected a longer than usual wait for our food. Wrong! It didn't take very long. While we waited, another manager stopped by our table to introduce himself and offered to reach out to him for any needs. My wife loves a rare steak. The chef did a perfect job with it! I had a double side house salad and Country Fried Chicken with white gravy. The salad filled a large bowl and wasn't short on vegetables. The chicken filled another plate by itself. The second manager stopped by our table again when we were done (at our request), and graciously extended a military discount on our meal. We had a nice conversation and, probably, took way too much of his time. This wasn't the first time at a Texas Roadhouse for us, but it will definitely NOT be the last. I wish I could remember our waitress and the managers on duty so I could name them. Corporate should be proud and other restaurants should...

11/10, great meal, great service, recommend with no worries.
We've lived in the Coweta/Fayette area since 2014. We have never been to Texas Roadhouse here and only recently considered going here because we've flat out given up on 99% of the restaurants in this area....most are terrible, very few are decent and we can count on ONE hand how many we have to choose from that we will accept 10 years after living in this area.
We decided to give them a try earlier this week, a Tuesday night. We agreed to walk in and if either one of use got any sort of bad vibe, we'd walk out. We were going in for burgers, as my wife wanted a burger from Meat-n-Greet, but they are closed on Tuesdays.
After looking at the steaks while waiting the 20 seconds at the host stand, I said "I'm getting one of those filets!" My wife said she wanted one also.
We ordered, ate and I have to say that we both left there flat out impressed. Those were some of the best steaks we'd ever had, as good or better than I cook at home. Our sides were great, service was 20 out of 10 for this area. We have ZERO complaints, ALL compliments and we will be back soon.
For anyone who is tired of the ridiculous failure that is the food scene in Coweta/Fayette, give this place a try. And if there's bad reviews, I bet those people would be mad if you gave the meal to...
