This man Rob the (owner) is a con artist. We asked to be financed on a mattress set that was 1,200 and 600.00 was put down. We were (told) that payments would be 100.00 an could be paid off in 90 day. However we knew being that my mom is elderly an on a fixed income that we would go slightly past the 90 days an pay slight interest. He never explained to my mom, or physically gave her paperwork showing that instead of a (finance company) ,he put her with a (rent to own company) that charges 3.44 cent a day to rent if u dont pay off in 90 days then this company charges instead of that 1,200 dollars now she will be charged double. 2,400 .This man did not fully inform my mom of how this worked. We were under the impression that it was being financed. nor did he give my mom what she requested to be financed. He refused to be honest about anything that transpired in that sale when I called him to discuss the matter. My mom never said she didnt want her credit ran, she didnt ask to be rent to own. He only gave us two parts of paperwork ,an omitted the paper stating that she would be charged double if not paided in 90 days. We trusted that we were set up with a finance company an we had discuss the payment amount so she had no reason to question it until she's on fourth payment an realized the amount is still going up. He doesnt care about helping ppl. He was very cavalier with me an rude on the phone, in regards to putting my mom with a rent to own company instead of finance as requested. He tried to blame it on her, when he is the one who misinformed us. I was there an am her witness. Terrible company. Look at how anyone who calls him out he tries to blame the customer. I've never seen a furniture company handle customers so rudely, an be ok with putting a elderly, disabled women , in a program that is designed to have her pay double when she only asked for financing. But After Seeing A Commercial For Lily's Furniture I Decided To Go Check Them Out, And I'm So Very Glad I Did Because I Found A Beautiful Living Room Set & Matching Recliner.
