BUYER BEWARE - I bought 4 sweaters @ about $150/each. Cotton sweaters. Two were identical as one was for a gift. I like one of them, but I had to soak it and block it (knitters know what this means) to stretch the yarn to make the sleeves long enough. The other sweaters I bought were funky sizing -big in the body and short in the sleeves. I’m 5’6 with normal length arms. BUYER BEWARE of the return policy there’s a 30% restocking fee. So be sure you’re going to love it - the quality of it, the size, etc. Before you buy since they’ll keep 30% of your money if you ask for a refund. Actually, they will give you a 100% refund if you take store credit which is simply another way of saying « I’m keeping your money. ». I asked for an exception to the restocking fee since the sleeves are too short and was told no. Ok. Thanks for the great customer service on the overpriced, made in china with the sleeves too short cotton sweaters. I see others have had CX problems as well, with sweaters unraveling, shipments never being received, etc. I wouldn’t buy from this shop again. The staff is unpleasant, with lots of « shouting » in their emails. Just rude. Buy your made-in-china sweaters from Amazon where at least the sellers give you a full refund rather than...

Every time I walk into this boutique I am not greeted. Employees are usually standing behind the register just talking talk to each other, and do not stop to greet customers. I had a friend come to Newport for a visit, we went shopping, and I took her to the Pink Pineapple. She bought something, and later decided to didn't like it. She tried to return the item(with a receipt) the next day, and was told she could only get a store credit.
