Whew what can I say about my experience in this store? I believe the manager should choose their store employees wisely. There was a young blonde girl behind the counter. There were two other blonde women shopping. The young girl spent her entire time providing customer service to those two. When I entered, she neither looked up, acknowledged me, said hello, smiled or engaged. At all. In fact, the only time she came near me was to reach over me to move an item of clothing on a hanger and acted like I was invisible. She even brushed me slightly with her hand and didn't say excuse me or anything.

I'm not sure if she is a nepotistic hire but this was intentional and neglectful customer service. Management, hire someone who can greet and acknowledge every background of person who enters your store, not just a specific...

Ordered a sweater for Christmas, looked nothing like what they had on their web page. Font, color, sizing, was completely off. Looked as if someone tried to print with a homemade template on a off-hand sweater. Paid decent amount of money to be completely mislead and fooled by false...

Ordered a sweater online ($64) and was unfortunately very disappointed with the quality. Super thin material and a loose thread on the shoulder seam. Also no return policy - only store credit, which I wish I looked into...
