Candy Mart — Local services in Niles Township

WORST STAFF! LIARS! My children tried to pay with a card that was declined. They asked to call me to walk over from another store. The woman insisted they may not call mom they needed to pay. When I arrived, I told her I was there to pay and that her interaction with my children was upsetting for them and rude. She pointed at the side of her head and said "obviously you need to send your childs with money to pay" I was so insulted I asked for a manager. The woman said she was the manager, then admitted she was not but would not provide the store phone number or contact information for the manager. She said "you need to can come back more later" and no, I'm not giving you nothing. She went next door to CM Chicken food court store and had the woman behind THAT counter tell me she doesn't speak English. Both women lied, yelled at me, and I was unable to make a very justified complaint. The CM chicken woman screamed that I need to leave the mall with no money! The customer service at this store is horrible. Beware they will charge your credit when u don't have the Merchandise and have return it. When u speak to the owner of the store he acts like he don't care. He doesn't ask for a contact number to reach you, so he can check on his cameras and then get back to you in regards to a refund. I am contacting the Better Business Bueura. You don't charge people's credit card and don't get the merchandise. People don't charge your credit card here always have cash because the store representative are not real...
