Came In with my family of 5 for my son's birthday dinner. He's a fan of the pasta. We were seated unattended for about 10 minutes, another party comes in sits at the table next to us. We get ignored and the table that sat after us gets attended to first. We hadn't even been offered water. After the other table gets taken care of we finally get offered some water and drinks. Since we had been sitting there a while we figured just get everything taken care of then and there and ordered our food. Right after our order was taken the table next to us got theirs taken as well. The soups and salads come out for both tables and everyone seems content. We got our breadsticks which lasted about a minute and promptly ordered another basket of them as did the table next to us. The waitress then returns with 1 basket in hand, places it on the other table and tell us our breadsticks are in the oven. Of course they were. Soups and salads are finished and tables are cleared for the most part, kids were still picking at their soup. Our entrees come and half of the table gets served, I politely wait for my wife to be served before I eat, took what seemed like forever before we were checked on, only to find out that 2 of our orders hadn't even been put in. So now half of our table is eating while the others have to sit and wait for their food to be cooked. So finally the food arrives and my wife and daughter finally get to eat, by that point the table who sat after us was already packing up their leftovers. Everybody finally finishes eating the table next to us long gone. We get our check twas 77 and some change we pay cash ask for our change and were given all bills no change like uh sorry but correct change is correct change wether it was a dime, a quarter or a couple of pennies I expect that to be given my correct change and wasn't. Let's just say it being my son's birthday we expected a great dinner and received some sub par service. 2 stars cause food was decent and the food runner dude with the blond hair was pretty cool and thoughtful seeing our displeasure. Other than that this olive garden needs to train their staff a bit better or they might just need to step their game up not a pleasant night. Fyi not the first time at this location where we have received sub par service...
Read moreThe experience I had here was HORRIBLE! Let me start by stating, this location used to be Amazing! It was mine and my brothers go to up until recently. This visit was defiantly the last straw. As we walked in there were four host and what seemed to be a manager at the front seating area my brother and I walked up and not one of them said hello or even acknowledged our existence. After we said we are waiting to be seated they all looked at one another as if none of them knew how to walk their guest to a table. Once we sat down our waiter Javier never showed up, we grabbed someone's attention and they brought over our waiter. He took our order brought our food out and we Began to eat. After he brought the food to the table he never came back to check on us, fill our drinks or even ask if the food was great! However, we did notice him serving his other tables promptly and efficiently. Another table he was serving sat down after us and got their food before us, as well as that same table finished their food after us and he transferred their food to the to go boxes before he even asked if we were finished. After 17 minutes of waiting for him to attended our table we had to flag him down once again to ask for boxes to go. After asking for boxes to go we waited another seven minutes before he brought them out. At this point we were completely over the visit and talked with a manager. She was nice but her solutions to correcting the problem were very basic and generic. I look for a company that prides them selves on great service. Javier did not have to make the food nor did he have to plate it, his soul responsibility was to bring the food out efficiently and ensure our dine in experience was out standing and yet again he did not to fill those basic requirements of a dine in restaurant and do to that loyal customers will...

I came in with my sister-in-law and brother, who is diabetic, and approached Julia, one of the servers—a skinny blonde. I politely asked if she could start with my brother due to his condition, whenever she had a moment. However, when she came to our table to take the order, her attitude was really unpleasant. I suggested that if she didn’t want to serve us, she could call someone else to avoid a bad day for all of us. We ordered food and drinks, but she only brought the mineral water instead of the regular. When we asked for the regular water, she took the glasses away angrily and left.
Larry, the restaurant manager, ( with experience of 21 years ) approached our table in an even ruder manner, claiming Julia was upset because we asked her to come to us and that we haven’t placed our order with her, He said he wouldn’t tolerate that. I tried to explain that I approached her while she was in the hallway and I am sure cameras can show that if necessary , but he raised his voice and wouldn’t let me speak. Also he claimed that we haven’t order our food and were expecting to eat ? Then I clearly said we placed our order with Julia S, she even brought our water to the table.
I will never return to this place, and I genuinely hope these individuals find jobs they love, where customers aren’t subjected to a negative experience just because they’re having a bad day or because are short staffed. They ruined my day and made me not eat.
Additionally we were not served by the unpleasant attitude lady. We were served by Larry and look on our receipt. Says Julia S was our server. ( the one we have placed order initially and lied that we haven’t placed the order)
I recommend 0 Starts for everything in this place. !!! Staff, Atmosphere , and makes you not...
