This is a nice little bubble tea, smoothie, rolled ice cream snack shop in Lincolnwood Mall. Its a favorite of alot of people who want a nice smoothie with tapioca bubbles and a buncha toppings or those rolled ice creams that you see on instagram or facebook that they make on a cold plate chopping and stirring up flavored cream and syrup. You get to choose from 20 diff flavors and have tons of toppings to choose from. *Keep in mind most of their flavors and ice cream are artificial and come from a concentrate and wait times here can be pretty long, so i took off 1 star. The smoothies here are good and tasty. Most of it uses fresh fruit. But this time they put some lemonade in ours. Not sure why.. possibly to give more flavor but I never asked for it. Either way my mom and bro liked the smoothies. Good place to check out if you want an asian snack food like spring rolls, egg rolls, dumplings, ramen or if you want some bubble tea , fruit smoothie or rolled iced cream with loads of toppings. They also have Pho and Crepes.

I’m not sure what I expected in a suburban mall that is facing its inevitable slow death. Even with such depressing backdrop, I was hoping for a good snack from an independently owned place. Unfortunately, for $7 a pop, these rolled ice cream had no flavor whatsoever. Making the experience worse was 25-minute wait to make two items. Not because they were short on workers or supplies. But because 4 workers present couldn’t bring themselves beyond working one person at a time. Plus, with earbuds in place, there was no conversation (or complaints) for them to be heard. Instead, they were all busy staring at their phones right in front of customers. It is sad to see these places mainly because nobody really cares. We are simply waiting for a place like this to be demolished when the mall is bulldozed for a trendy mixed used development.

Multiple items to pick from. Friendly staff. Took a while to even be able to place an order though... another bit to wait on items (though that's currently almost everywhere thanks to covid). Drink was definitely delicious. Ice cream was good too. Mangonada not as much but someone else might find it tasteful. Worth the stop while at the mall.

I had a Chai Bubble tea and I have to say that I was quite shocked that it didn't even taste like Chai. I love Chai tea so much and the tea I tasted here was very fruity. So much so I had my friend to try it and he agreed.

I told them about how much it didn't taste like Chai and they said it was because of the artificial flavor that is sent to them. I replaced it with a Mango Peach smoothie and it was DELICIOUS.

I saw that they had the Korean Corn Dog and I told myself since it's on the menu, I'll finally give it a try for the first time after seeing it all over my social media.

When I received the " Korean" Corn Dog again, I was a bit dumfounded. It wasn't a Korean corn dog nor would I call it a Corn Dog. The outer part was supposed to be fluffy sweet bread but this one I had was very thin and hard. It seems to me that they used hash browns and wrapped it over the hot dog. It's very obvious that potato's was used to cover the hotdog. It was hard to chew and it was doughy on the inside. I ended up taking off the top layer and just eating the hotdog. It was EXTREMELY disappointing.

THERE'S NO KOREAN CORN DOG HERE. THE PHOTO THAT IS SHOWN...

If I could use one phrase for this place it would be, to not waste your time or money. I order 3 items, a watermelon smoothie, a Korean corn dog, and dumplings. I waited for about 20 minutes for them to even start working on my smoothie, the smoothie was a watermelon smoothie that tasted like STRIGHT up lime. The corn dog was just nasty and I found it hard to chew the dough. The dumplings were overpriced for the size especially when they are smaller than my pinky. The employees don't interact in any way besides taking your order, they just leave the food or drink at a certain place and you have to figure out if it's your order or someone else's. They dont take names or even call out the order, you have to pay attention and see if it's yours or someone else's. I had to Force myself to eat most of it as to not waste my $25 . I want my...
