Staff and food were great. Beware the mens restroom floor was slick, like ice. No idea why at 11AM. 8 june. Sadly things have gotten strange. The greeter wouldn't even look at us. Rolledher eyes when i said 3 people. The waiter demanded to know who is ordering what and our names. Why? I even asked if its ok that we just eat and be left alone. He cried to the manager, a woman about 5'8 fat dark hair glasses. She interrupted my conversation no apology. She said there is a communication issue. I told her its fine and to please let us eat and be left alone. She flat out ignored me and kept talking. I asked 3 times and she just kept ignoring me. I finally said id had enough. I asked 3 times to let us be. I told her i have ptsd from being overseas and this constant badgering is triggering me. She literally talked over me to say our food will be in a bag in a few minutes and she wont ever serve me again. Never once acknowledged that she cut us off mid sentence or that i asked 3 times to leave is alone. Im not sure why she didnt just walk away after being asked to. I didnt have an issue till she wouldnt stop. Not the experience that i wanted or am used to. Does it matter who is ordering what and what our names are? I did tell the waiter that it was for the easter bunny.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit! My boyfriend and I went here for an early dinner on Tuesday afternoon. The vibe was cool, the restaurant was clean and inviting on-site. The hostess greeted us immediately and she was professional, warm and friendly. We were seated in a nice, quiet spot. Our host was very professional, patient, helpful, attentative and nice. We ordered shrimp and mushrooms for appetizers and I added a chef salad as well. They were all very good 😊. The servings were generous, presentation was wonderful and the taste was on point. The salad was fresh and moistened with dressing to perfection. My boyfriend got a T-bone Steak with a Loaded Baked Potato and I had a Full Slab of Barbecued Ribs with Loaded Mac'n'Cheese. Our orders arrived much quicker than expected and it was all cooked to perfection!! Our drinks were also tasty as well. I'd definitely recommend this spot. Thanks for such an enjoyable afternoon!!!šŸ¤—šŸ˜šŸ‘Œ

If you're looking for a great steak dinner, LongHorn Steakhouse is the place to go! Our group enjoyed a variety of dishes, including the Renegade Sirloin Steak, Ribeye Steak, Baby Back Ribs, and the 7 oz. LongHorn Salmon paired with 8 ct. Redrock Grilled Shrimp. We also had side orders of Shrimp & Lobster Chowder, Mixed Greens Salad, and Mashed Potatoes. The steaks were perfectly cooked and incredibly succulent, satisfying every steak lover's craving. The ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender, seasoned just right, and absolutely perfect. The salmon and shrimp were delicious, offering a fresh and flavorful complement to the hearty dishes. The Shrimp & Lobster Chowder was the perfect choice for a chilly Friday night, warm and full of rich seafood flavors. LongHorn Steakhouse offers a welcoming atmosphere, fantastic food, and great service. Highly recommend for a satisfying meal with family or friends!

My family and I stopped by here after a long day and decided to grab a quick bite on our way home. We were seated with a waitress named ā€œPeachā€ I believe that’s her name she’s a middle aged woman with short hair heavy eye liner … The service we received was TERRIBLE !!!!!!! She brought out our waters and flung the coasters on the table as if she was playing cards . Threw our straws down. My husband and I were conflicted … we discussed maybe we’re used to Michelin star restaurants?? Or if this is plain terrible service ?? My husband suggested we wait until she comes back to bring my margarita and see if she does the same thing. Well unsurprisingly , she tossed my coaster towards me , sat my drink down and threw the straw AT ME !!! did I mention… we were infront of our 12year old son ?!?! My husband called for a manager and spoke with a woman with short hair.. she apologized for the lack of hospitality and suggested we move to another table. My husband informed her that we prefer to leave the restaurant but she continued to repeated how we should give another server a try … it was so terrible that I had to step in and tell her that my husband is telling her NO and she should stop suggesting a new table .. we then left … This was a TERRIBLE experience and we would never come back here . I feel terrible that our child had to experience this….

If upper management is reading this. Please look into that server . The restaurant is already failing and quite empty . Hospitality should be...

Zero. Zero stars. I will not EVER go back. First of all, it was a 30 minute wait for a booth for 5. It was cramped and the server could not serve the people all the way in. I ordered a Bloody Mary. It was mostly ice. Even though it was tasty, it did not have the usual celery or olive, it had a wedge of lime. I was able to drink it fairly quickly and when I ordered a second, I was told they had 'run out' of Bloody Mary mix. What kind of restaurant runs out of Bloody Mary mix? I was offered one made with tomato juice but decided to order a Margarita instead. Sigh. The waiter brought a glass and a mixer filled with the drink. The glass did not have salt and when he poured the drink in the glass, the mixer leaked. I was told that the top didn't fit the base and when I was to pour the rest of my drink, to expect 'leakage'. Two drinks, two strikes. I decided on the 16oz T-Bone cooked medium rare and a loaded baked potato. I opted for a side salad and wanted creamy garlic dressing. Nope. No creamy garlic dressing. Strike three. I chose bleu cheese. If I had been alone or with just one other person, I would have left. The salad I had was adequate but not what I wanted. The steak was flavorful but had gristle around the edges. Just awful. The baked potato was tough. The skin was so thick and dry, I had to use the steak knife to cut it. All in all, $176.00 for 5 people was unbelievable. never again. Proceed at your own risk. We should have gone to...
