I was thinking of stopping by this year, but I looked at the list of countries and I'm shocked that Poland and Italy were not listed. That's ridiculous. If you know anything at all about the Chicago area, then you'd know that the largest amount of Poles in the world outside of Warsaw Poland, is Chicago. How do you not include Italians? Really? I won't begin to list the endless contributions by Italians to the Chicago area. I wouldn't have enough characters.
