This review is long overdue.I have been a member of Club Pilates in Edgebrook since they opened. Every time you walk in the door you are greeted by name from one of their support staff. Gopi, Marilyn and Erica greet you with a big smile and will assist you with any needs you may have. The instructors are professional and knowledgeable. If a member has current or old injuries they all have the knowledge to make modifications to the workout. Allison is adorable, she is very energetic and will get you to meet your goals. Not only is she a great instructor she has a lovely singing voice! Jenny, what can I say? Every workout with Jenny exceeds my expectations. During workout Jenny always makes a point to mention a member by name that motivates us to push harder. Then there is Andrea. Andrea was my first instructor at Club Pilates. Andrea's workouts are amazing. She changes her routine to challenge the members goals. I also take private lessons with Andrea. Andrea has me performing pilate movements and poses that I never thought I could achieve. There are also other instructors at Club Pilates that I have not had a chance to work out with but I can assure you they are also incredible. Read moreI started my Pilates obsession a year and a half ago with the Glenview location and moved to the Niles location when it opened. I love how the instructors at this studio work with you to challenge yourself and grow your strength/abilities. I mostly take evening and weekend classes due to work, but there is always a good selection of levels and classes each day. Cardio Sculpt with Andrea is probably my favorite class... But I also really love 1.5 Reformer Flow classes with Andrea, Sterling and Jenny. I haven’t been able to work with every instructor at this Club but the three mentioned here are always teaching me new skills, helping me strengthen my core and encouraging me along the way.
In my experience, all of the instructors work with you and your individual level/needs. They also give modifications if you are having any back, knee, shoulder, etc issues.
The front desk staff/club management are all exceptional. If you have a question... they are on it. They’re responsive, kind and supportive. You could be having an awful day... and they all have an amazing ability to immediately bring a smile to your face when you walk in the door. They know you by name (even with masks on) and always go out of their way to welcome you back...

Andrea's classes are among the best I've ever taken anywhere. Her cueing, pacing, creativity and attention to form make her really stand out. And the best part - every workout is different! I swear, she must stay awake all night working on new ways to challenge us! She takes the time to connect with all of her students, noting their individual strengths and limitations. She gently offers modifications or form correction when she notices a student is struggling or not following her cues.
When she's teaching a group class, rather than rushing through as many exercises as she can squeeze into 45 minutes, Andrea takes the time to take her students through a preparation for each exercise. And the slow moderate (not fast) tempo/pacing she teaches with allows for students to really feel their muscles...
