DXL Big + Tall — Local services in Niles Township

I'm surprised that with this being a newer location for the company, that they'd be so organized and well-managed! I've been going to the Schaumburg location forever and this place has the exact same feel, same excellent customer service, and awesome cedar smell! This is truly a big & tall store for the masses. If you're a guy and need solace with big brands and style, this is the place for you.

The employees waste no time in greeting you in the door (no sharking) with helpful advice and persistant assistance. Need tailoring suggestions? These guys give it, with your necessities in mind. Not to mention that they go all out for you during sales.

First the store was hot I’m a big guy and start sweating very easily and the store was pretty warm. Loss of points there. The selection is very slim I was looking for vineyard vines polo shirts and tee shirts and there was small selection and even smaller size selection. I was also returning a pair of seven jeans that didn’t fit and they don’t even have them in store for me to try on more loss of points. I was also looking for vineyard vines shorts and polo shorts not a lot of selection on that either. I feel like the old orchard store does not get as much merchandise as other stores or that they sell more and don’t get enough to keep up with...

I love this store. As someone who has recently gained weight and self-conscious, there is zero judgement here. I’ve visited twice and bought a lot of clothes each time. Their clothes really are designed to fit a larger figure without sacrificing style. The people who work here are super friendly, helpful, and supportive in finding what you want.
