The store has a nice and accessible location. Parking is wide and spacious. The store is not the biggest Home Goods store I visited, but it is clean and bright. Everything is also well organized. The layout is nice and every section has a sign, so everything was really easy to find. They always have a great selection for any specific item, so I kind of expected that I would buy a lot, and I really did. There is always an interesting item in every section and corner of the store, and I could not resist adding items to my cart even if I was not sure if they were going to be usable, but most of the items I get are really things that I can use on a daily basis. Prices are also fair and reasonable, so I did not waste the chance to shop as much as I could afford. I also went to the clearance section, where I found a lot of nice items. I also found this section for storage where there is a selection of baskets and other storage made of natural and earthy materials like rattan, which are really beautiful and eco-friendly. I also bought some of it because I did not have any of it. Another good thing about those products is that they come in different sizes, which I can use for different purposes. I left the store gladly because I bought a lot of good quality items. This location of Home...
Read moreI've shopped at this particular Home Goods various times, and frankly I only go back because it's the closest to my home. Cashiers are polite, but the same cannot be said about the managers. I've spoken with two separate managers, one for a questions in regards a product in the store, and her literal words where "what do you want....and what do you want me to do about it" (when we mentioned the defect of the product). After roaming the store we heard the same manager apologize to an employee because she was in a bad mood. The second incident was when we had a return. The manager didn't acknowledge any of our questions and rolled her eyes. She questioned the return in a demeaning tone, and signed off on the return with a attitude displaying annoyance and as if we were a complete bother. There were no name tags on the managers, so I'm not 100% sure on the names, but when called in, they were both named joy....
Read moreI had an awful experience with the staff at this location. I asked an employee to process my return (which was bought on store credit) as credit because I misplaced the receipt, after an ineffectual conversation I asked to speak to the manager. The manager did not bother to check how the purchase was made and instead accused me of replacing the original tag (I was accused of STEALING pillows that had the original plastic HomeGoods tag as a result of poor employee training) and threatened to call the police. The associate manager that made the accusation is Caroline (blonde, mid-twenties, migrating lip filler) and the store associate was Dona. I have had an otherwise pleasant experience at this location and am both disheartened and shocked by what occurred. The district manager was contacted as this staff needs sensitivity and professionalism training, so that no other customer is treated with disrespect and...
