I was less than impressed with this specific location. About 2 weeks ago, I did Rapid pick up because I did not have long for lunch that day. I ordered a Cobb Salad with BBQ Ranch and specified no to the Green Goddess dressing. As well, I ordered a Bread Bowl of soup. I got back to work (shame on me for not checking before I left the building I guess) and found that not only did I get the green goddess dressing but I also did not get a bread bowl...or even a baguette for that matter. Pretty irritated at this point because I could not leave work and go back again to pick it up the CORRECT order, I called to see if there was anything that could be done. The manager was great, he offered to send me a voucher for another You Pick Two and apologized up and down, s. asked for my address to send it said it would be to my house in a few days and that was that. Well 2 weeks later now and all I got from this Panera was false promises. You could have just said Miss, there's nothing I can do unless you plan on coming back. Don't lie to me about sending me an offer. Now I don't think I will ever return to this Panera. Read moreI bought 2 gift cards, $50 each, at my local Panera. I paid with a credit card. The cashier told me the cash register froze, and I had to insert my card again. I told her the transaction did go through, but she was insistent it didn't. So I put my card through again. And guess what? I got charged twice on my credit card account. I went back to Panera, talked to a manager, and she told me she couldn't help me, and gave me a phone number to call. I called the number, talked to Allen, and he told me he would take care of it. But he didn't. Several days later I received an email from Nicole in customer service. She needed some more information from me, and she would help me, IF the accounting dept. could straighten it out. Over the next week I sent Nicole 2 emails, asking to speak with a supervisor. Nicole did not answer my emails. I sent an email to the CEO of Panera, Jose Duenas, explaining the situation to him, telling him I'm a senior citizen, and really need my $100 back. Never heard from him. I sent one more email to Nicole, telling her I planned to report this to the Better Business Bureau, my credit card company, and go on social media with this whole story. The drinks are horribly overpriced. (2 stars) Staff didn't really seem to care if I got my food, trash cans are over flowing. I suspect they are underpaid and overworked so I get it. Dont take this review out on them. (3 stars) And people using the dining room as their home office is just annoying. The last thing I want to hear when I'm trying to get away from my office for a break is more office, you know?
