I visited this repair shop, located near Walmart, for a phone charging problem. I was initially quoted a one-hour repair time, but it stretched to about 1.5 hours due to other customers, leading to a total wait of around three hours.
Unfortunately, my phone completely stopped working after the repair. The technician identified a faulty new part and offered a replacement. Given the circumstances, I asked for my original part to be reinstalled instead. At this point, the technician attempted to charge me a "repair fee," which he mislabeled as a "diagnosis fee," despite no diagnosis being performed. After some discussion, he agreed to issue a full refund, and I have the receipt for this.
