Went in to get my macbook fixed. I got
a call the next day it’s done, great. I book my appointment to get it picked up and this young boy hands it to me and after around 5 seconds of scilence he says “want a run down of what happened” I of course say yes and told me they just ran some things. I try to turn on my macbook and it won’t so i tell him and they take it to the other room. He comes out 5 minutes later to NOW tell me that they couldn’t turn it on that it is a motherboard issue to take it somewhere else?? With the phone in my hand showing them what was wrong with it, I had to make an appointment. So I had to wait 3 days for my appointment date with no phone just to bring it back in so they could take it from me and send it out for repair or replacement. 2 days later I had a replacement mailed to me and a $200 charge. Anyway, I came here and met up with an agent from the geek squad named Nicholas. Great guy, very knowledgeable and very professional. Had me done in less than 10 minutes.
