Team Work Really Makes This Dream Work! I visited Radio Shack just yesterday (March 1, 2019) to get the new Xfinity No-Contract Internet deal, and I was stunned by how amazing everyone worked together and how everyone was in a good mood and really looked like they loved their jobs! I adore Ian (one of the most amazing tech guys - he knows his tech) and the two owners (Ariel & "Mr. Smiley" I call him). I feel like customer service and team work at a workplace is something that's fading, but I was so excited to see it's fully alive here! I highly recommend shopping at THIS Radio Shack because they are a wonderful team, the management is amazing, the staff is knowledgeable about their products, and the prices are wonderful. Not many Radio Shacks left. I know none are the former "Tandy" my only observation is the majority of the reviews are about cellphones? When Tandy AKA Radio Shack was in its prime they didn't sell mobile phones, then they jumped on the bandwagon with everyone else and they unofficially became Cellphone Shack, getting small electronic parts started to get harder. I haven't been in this store yet, I will soon because I need a few things for a project, hopefully they carry what I need, I hate waiting on mail orders from the only other reliable sources (Amazon is not one of them) hope to find what I need in...

WOW!! I haven't been to a RadioShack in years until today and i must say, i was taken back by the courtesy, patients, and wonderful customer service i received from a very pleasant young man named Tyler. Being greeted as i walked inside made me feel welcomed. That is something a lot of stores don't do. I was able to get a new phone, service, case, and all at an affordable price.
