The associates at this location are rude. I’ve been here a few times and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but they act so passive aggressive and condescending. They speak sarcastically about you right in front of you and it was shocking. The manager I believe is the older woman with the short red curly hair and any time I would either return or check out with her she was mean or rude but so nice to other customers. I’m wondering if it’s because of the color of my skin at this point because I’ve never had any interactions otherwise with her. I have been coming here for years and always found the associates friendly. Today, not so much.

At checkout I was asked to open closed items to ensure that nothing else was in them. Despite the last before me having the same item and not being asked. Then I was asked twice to pay for the key chain that was attached to my keys, "My key chain!" If I'm going to be treated like this, I'm too old to care to put up with it and won't be back. Your policies don't earn the trust of your customers if you can't...

Love this store for all of your personal home decor products! This location is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful!
