All I have to say is that the person who attended me when I went to return a suit I had rented was the most ignorant and rudest person I have ever met in my life. All I wanted to do was return the suit and get my deposit back I even took my time to clean the suit and leave it how it was when I first got it that’s all I had planned for but as soon as I got there the lady was already closing so I decided to catch up to her before she closed and return her the suit and I apologized for arriving their late, I handed her everything in a polite manner but she was already snatching the suit from me and closing the door on my face And saying she was not gonna hand me back my deposit back because of some short of truck (I didn’t quite understand what she was talking about) and still refusing to give me my deposit which I didn’t understand at all it was basically as if she was stealing from me. Ms. Victoria was an absolute gem throughout the entire process. From the very beginning up until my wedding day, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Even when my friend had to translate for me at times, she remained patient, kind, and professional. I know I kept her busy with all my questions, but she never made me feel like a burden.

One of the sweetest touches was how she matched my husband’s vest perfectly to my dress the detail and care she put into everything made me feel so special.

We are so thankful for this dress shop. The ladies were very nice and patient. We tried on many dresses and they did not rush us. We were able to find a unique prom dress and it was great quality.
