I wish I could leave 0 stars. My girlfriend and I walked in where we were greeted by the manager. We asked to sit inside and he said there was only outdoor seating. We saw a non-Hispanic couple sitting inside eating and I asked “Is inside only available for some people?” To which he replied “that is my brother.” It clearly was not. After this we walked outside and were seated. My girlfriend ordered a chicken and cheese quesadilla and after suspecting they might tamper with our food, she opened it to find a large piece of metal wrapped around the end of a piece of plastic, used to seal a bag. I demanded to speak with the manager and as he approached our table I showed him the metal and he said “what did she order?” And I told him a quesadilla. He asked for the piece of metal and walked away holding up a finger telling us one second, without ever apologizing. He never returned. Our waiter came back with the bill and said the quesadilla had been removed. I asked to speak with the manager again as I refused to pay for anything. He walked off for a second and came back to tell us we were good to go. The manager never came back to apologize. Very unprofessional. The Only Reason I Am Giving A 2 Star And Not A One Is Because The Service Was Excellent We had Dinner Tonight 6 Of Us Due To Homecoming Weekend It Was Packed So We Expected Okay Service But Excellent Food Unfortunately Our Experience Was The Exact Opposite Our Server Was Quick To Bring Us Chips And Salsa And Take Our Drink Order 15 Minutes Later He Returned To Take Our Food Order After 30 Minutes Our Food Arrived Around 45 Minutes After We Arrived In Total 2 Of The 6 Dishes Were Properly Cooked The Other 4 Dishes Were Very Cold Almost As If They Were Not Properly Cooked Initially Were Returned The 4 Dishes To The Kitchen To Be Re Heated 2/4 Dishes Came Back Proper Temperature The Other 2 Were Still Cold In The Center As A Vegetarian For 12 Years To Find Beef On A Vegetarian Dish Is Simply Unnacceptable Had I Not Noticed I Would Have Been Very Sick For Several Days I Will Personally Never Return To This Location It Was Overall A Very Poor Experience For Around 20-25$ A Dish To No Fault Of The Server He Did An Excellent Job Unfortunately The Kitchen Staff Dropped The...

Cant even begin to explain how bad this food was. Tried a couple of different items so as not to be biased of one item. All were HORRIBLY made. Enchalada tasted DAYS old. The tortilla alone was rubbery like it was frozen and popped in the microwave and it was STILL cold. The tacos were put on premade taco shells with hardly any meat and they were cold as well. This also had to be the worst quality beef I have ever had. The rice and beans were the only things that tasted half decent and still, they were lukewarm as well. When we called to complain they said it was because they put a cold side of sour cream and guac in the bag that made EVERYTHING else cold to the center. Unbelievable. All of this food by the way was OVER 60 dollars and they were oh so generous to give us half of our money back.
