"If I could give zero stars, I would."

The Building Department staff is incredibly unprofessional, with the exception of one respectful and helpful young lady who treats homeowners kindly. The rest of the team, however, is shockingly rude, especially two middle-aged woman who seems to resent any interaction with residents. She treats homeowners as if they’re an inconvenience, dismissing questions without proper responses.

As a lifelong resident of North Bergen and a homeowner, I find this treatment unacceptable. City office staff should remember that they are here to serve the public, and their salaries come from the taxes of hardworking residents.
