I’ve spent a lot of money there. I’ve made many trips there, to and from the cabin. The place is a mess and you have to dig through a lot of stuff to find something of any quality. There is no guarantee it will work. I still keep coming back. Sometimes I find what I need. In reality much of it will breaks down with in a couple of weeks. Today my new heated dog pad started to spew a toxic smell. I noticed the heating element melted a hole from inside the pad. If I wasn’t there my dog would have been asphyxiated. In a similar incident last year I bought a new battery charger for my dead battery. I removed the battery from my motorcycle and began charging it in the entry. It was off to the side and couldn’t bother anyone except that the entry and store started to fill with a toxic smell. The polarity on the battery was correct which means the charger was junk and in this case deadly. I do not exaggerate. The owner was annoyed I did this in his store. The gas was toxic and customers were leaving. I quickly removed the charger out to a safe distance from the store. The owner was livid and I don’t blame him. He was behaving so childish that I didn’t have the heart to tell him it was his charger. I just bought from his store. It’s noticeable he didn’t care about his employees. They should have all been removed outside until the gas was cleared.
I have to say the chance of finding a treasure is not worth it. It’s all over priced and in my experience doesn’t work or worse yet deadly.
I don’t give one star reviews but I should for this store. The last time I was there I had a cart full of merchandise but before I got to the check out 2 cops showed up. I was trespassed. The over zealous manager got a little excited. I kind of knew something was up when an employees was organizing the aisle accross from me. I’ve been in that store many times and never saw anything like that. I could also hear him make the call but I never thought it had anything to do with me. It couldn’t be anything I had done but the manager had it all figured out. His only proof was he didn’t like what he saw. It’s interesting when I first arrived he was kind and wanted to help me me make sure I found what I needed. I since then asked the owner to prosecute me or drop the trespass. He can do that and should do it. I’m still waiting on a...
Read moreWe had a really frustrating experience with Cartfull. We bought an air conditioner in person last week for $250. It was labeled as new in an opened box, but when we got home, we realized the plug wasn’t a standard one — it needed a special adapter, which we had to order separately.
By the time the adapter arrived and we could finally test it, we found out the unit doesn’t even work.
When we called to return it, we were told there’s a 72-hour return policy — something that was never mentioned at the time of purchase. That’s extremely unfair, especially when we had no way of knowing the unit was defective until we had the right plug.
We spoke with a manager who was completely unwilling to offer a refund or exchange. No accountability, no solution.
To make it worse, Cartfull blocks or removes Facebook reviews when you try to post about your experience. We tried leaving an honest review, and it was immediately hidden.
If you’re considering shopping here — don’t. They don’t stand behind what they sell, and they go out of their way to silence unhappy customers.

Your return policy may be posted on your website and printed on receipts, but it was not communicated at the time of purchase, which is what matters most — especially for an in-person sale. Why would I need to search your website or fine print on a receipt for basic return information, especially when the item was labeled as new?
The air conditioner was not tested, because it simply does not work. We purchased it only 5 days ago and were unable to test it until now because the unit requires a special plug — something else that was never disclosed.
We paid $250 for a non-functioning product, and your unwillingness to even discuss a resolution is disappointing and unprofessional. As a customer, I expect better communication, accountability, and fairness — especially from a business that claims to value transparency.
We’ll be pursuing further action...
Read moreWorth the trip. This is a discount store with bulk returned/discontinued/damaged items with some overstock mixed in. They keep a weird Christian music station playing in the background that makes you want to get out of there ASAP before some born-again evangelist-type finds you and asks if you've been 'SAVED' which makes the atmosphere is a bit awkward. We spent over an hour in this store looking through all kinds of miscellaneous to find some good quality items with low enough prices to make me feel like I scored. The furniture is priced pretty close to what you would see on sale at furniture outlets, some of the tech accessories aren't priced as if they want to sell them while others seem to be marked down a lot (maybe it's a brand thing idk), and you'll find a LOT of damaged items (prices usually reflect the damage). The Disney movies we found were priced at $22. To me, that's pretty much retail. Since we drove two hours specifically to check this store out, we mostly just bought some clothing items, a few returned toys, and some odds and ends with very low prices. We left feeling like the trip was worth it. Overall I would recommend this place if you are bored and have money to blow or if you need something to...
