Mailed a fragile package through PH for, firstly, an obscene amount of money. I chose PH due to the fact it uses many differing courier companies for the best deal I could find.

I had called my local Postmaster to inquire how to package this fragile parcel. He instructed me on what best practice would be, and I followed it to the letter. Mailed the package, and it arrived at its destination with a HOLE punched THROUGH the center of the package, contents completely destroyed.

PH will not refund the cost of shipping because "my package was not professionally packaged." I guess I wasn't aware that to mail fragile parcels in the United States they now have to be professionally packaged? I wasn't even told my parcel needed to be professionally packaged, was not informed of a policy, or even hinted at that it wasn't packaged appropriately. No.

Wow, wow, wow! I was blown away with knowledge, service and kindness. I live 60 miles from here and I had 2 simple Amazon returns, and didn’t realize how challenging that would come to be after moving to rural Minnesota after living 1 mile from a UPS store. I tried Duluth, a couple of drop off places, even the UPS driver, but none of them would work except to pay to have them returned. Which the items weren’t worth it. I waited until I was heading south and stopped in here. They showed me all the Amazon return tips and tricks and I spent $2, which was soooo worth the aggravation I’ve experienced over the last couple of weeks.
