This location took advantage of my mother-in-law. She went into this location looking to get a new SIM card for her phone. She told me she was worried about going. I told her, just tell them all you need is a new Sim card nothing else and she was only expecting to spend $20-$25, but NO, she left there with a new phone and spending $280 dollars. Why?? Because they told her that her iPhone 13 NO longer takes a Sim card and that she needed to get a new phone. Wrong!! Yes they do!! I called and let them know how unhappy I was they took advantage of a senior citizen who doesn't know anything about phones. My mother-in-law then called them back within an hour after leaving the location, and told them she wanted her phone back. They told her She could not get her phone back because it wasn't there anymore that they had already sent her phone back. We have contacted Verizon loyalty service and they are refunding her all of her money. Unfortunately, she cannot get her old phone back. This location should be ashamed of themselves. I met Shelby Page at the North Branch, MN store - and, she knew exactly what to do to get me up and running again - and, she gladly fixed my phone in just a few minutes. When asked about upgrading our phones - she explained my options - and, was even able to suggest a more expensive phone with more options without being pushy at all. I have been in Sales/Customer Service jobs most of my adult life and Shelby is the true meaning of both of those.
