Stopped in to pick up my coffee, after taking my first sip I realized it wasn’t made correctly as it didn’t taste good at all. I brought it back in and politely said it didn’t taste as it normally does. The barista’s response was “well I made it how it’s supposed to be.” I got a standard white chocolate mocha, probably one of the most basic drinks you can order… I was definitely caught off guard with her reaction. She remade it and had me taste it in front of her, it still didn’t taste good, but I said it was the same, but fine and just left. Read moreEvery time I order ahead on the app, I arrive exactly at the time it says my order will be ready, yet my drink hasn’t even been started. The app shows it as ‘ready,’ but the staff always tells me I need to order earlier—even though I’m arriving at the suggested time.
Today, I used the drive-through, and once again, my order wasn’t ready. I was asked to drive around and wait, even though I had a toddler in the car and didn’t want to keep getting in and out. Read morePretty disappointed in this location. Came in at 3pm on a Saturday with our three young children. My kids were being kids and were getting a bit loud, but nothing outrageous. As a parent I was actively trying to get them to be respectful. My husband was told by a worker, "your kids need to be quiet, this is supposed to be a third work space for other people." While I understand that my kids weren't being perfect, I thought it was really disheartening to feel like we were not welcome because of it. There was one other person there with headphones on.
