I want to rate the ladies at customer service. I had a huge amount of clothes to return because I bought a lot of things online during a sale and I bought the wrong size. I was so embarrassed and mortified that I had so much but they were super kind to me and they put me at ease.
I actually live in Lancaster but I didn't want to bring all it back to my Kohl's because I bring Amazon returns back and they are cold at best and unfriendly most times. They act like I am ruining their day for asking them to do what they are there to do. I am very methodical and always have my orders ready so I am not holding up the line but I feel like it's almost a hostile environment.
I told the ladies in Lebanon and they were appalled and even gave me a gift card to make up for it which I told them was unnecessary but they insisted.
It is like night and day at these two different stores. I highly recommend Lebanon...
Read moreThe experience I had today was the worst, they had a price 2/25. For me is is two for 25.00 I take it to the register the total came out 116. So I told the cashier how is that if the price say 2/25. Another cashier go with to the spot and she call call the manager very fast and the manger came over and removed the sign and say we are not going to give you that price, so I told her it say 2/25 if the sign is there is ya fault, she got so upset and walk away and told me while I work in retail and i told her i don’t work here so ya shouldn’t have this price .. she was very rude as a manager they thought we didn’t have the money, but if there is a sign that what you want to paid..it was a Force advertisement and I never experienced anything like .. tbh I felt discriminated and...

They won't take it that, a former custodian, bumped her head, which then later on in 4 minutes, turned into a concussion, and they didn't care. Then turn around and say that they never heard of my name. They only want money from the customers and the customers to be forced to get a credit card through Kohls. The store doesn't care about anyone but themselves. Employees especially managers will throw trash in front of the cleaning company, onto the ground, just for the person to clean it up.
