I am so thankful I went to King’s Jewelry. Because of arthritis I could not get my wedding ring over my last finger joint (knuckle). I was shopping for another ring & my heart was not into replacing my ring of 47 yrs. The manager asked if I would be interested in having my ring sized to fit over my knuckle. I never considered that opportunity & I am very thankful that King’s Jewelry made that option available. The ring fits perfectly & I have not removed it since I picked the ring up. I am grateful to the manager & the jeweler who made me happy. I returned to Kings to have my emerald engagement ring sized. They carefully examined the stones & settings & made recommendations on how to proceed. I picked up the ring yesterday. It is beautiful & fits my finger. Read moreAbsolutely awful! I would never recommend anyone including my worst enemy to shop at this store. The manager was the absolute worst! She refused to size me saying that I was going to buy online, and talked down to my fiance like we were a couple of kids just trying on wedding bands. Accusing us of just using their "experience of 35 years" to make a purchase online. This is why shops fail. It is the total lack of customer service in this shop, not because online may have better prices. I will never ever stop in this store again!
In regards to owner response: I never did indeed sit down, not sure why that is an issue, however I was never offered a chair. I drive out of my way when I have a problem with my jewelry because I know he truly loves doing what he does. You have a loyal customer here and I recommend him to everyone I know. On a side note though, I felt as though the sales lady (the day I came in for my repair) reprimanded me boldly.
