I'm very disappointed about my experience last weekend. I went in to change my watch belt, but the younger male sale(not Larry) told me my watch battery might be out pretty soon, so he encouraged me to change the battery, so I did. But after he changed the battery, the watch was DEAD. When I handed it to him, the watch was working fine, ...........after he changed the battery, the watch stopped moving, this watch cost me $1200 dollars yrs ago, I'm so pissed off. I just walked out of the store and decided I'll never go back to this store. I saw his guilt from his eyes when he told me "oh this watch didn't make it" and just handed it backed to me like nothing had happened. What kind of service was that??? After we have purchased one Tissot watch($1,900) and had another watch repaired & polished ( $425), we had this kind of service??? Will...

Went there before valentines day. I wanted to get my wife something a little nicer and decided i could spend closer to $500-600 for a present to give her to celebrate our baby's first birthday while also scouting out a valentines gift. The sales person must have assumed by how i was dressed that i was looking for something between $50-100. I kept dropping hints pointing out diamond earrings and bracelets i liked. He just kept telling me there wasnt much room to move on them and would bring me back to ugly lockets. Felt like he was trying to get rid of me instead of making a customer.
