Taco Bell — Restaurant in North Huntingdon Township

I really hate to sound like a Karen, but I genuinely will never be going back to this taco bell ever again. I had a large order (which I did warn them about before I placed it) and once I picked it up at the drive thru window I parked my car to make sure it was correct. Well surely enough, it was not. I was upset or anything, again it was a large order so I assumed something would be forgotten. Well I pull through the drive thru again, explain what was missing, and pulled through to the window. The woman at the window, Ali asked to see my receipt and my bag of food. I had no problem with this and gave it to her. She barely looked in this bag for two seconds before telling me that everything was in there. I park my car again and look through it once more, I figured maybe I just missed something. But once again, food was missing from my order. At this point I'm pretty annoyed, and go through the drive thru one last time. I explain to them that I looked through it again and that there was still food missing. I pull up to the window again, and Ali (with a very rude and know-it-all attitude) tells me that everything is in my bag and doesn't even try to look through the bag again or anything. I even showed her what was missing on the receipt and she told me "Hun, I made that order. I know everything is in there." At this point I'm over the extremely rude attitude and complete lack of customer service skills so I leave. This is really the only bad time I've had at this taco bell, but Ali's attitude was so awful and dismissive that I will not be coming back again. Seriously, I would advise people not to come here just so they don't have to...

The first thing I have to say about my experiences that my order was initially put in at 11:40 it is now 2:02. I called up to the restaurant and talk to the manager who I was easy on because I heard it was his first day and realize that Not only was my meal not being made but had not even been received .... if you are ordering Uber Eats do not order from here use doordash, appond using doordash I received my order very promptly but what I received was so far from satisfactory I had to go ahead and review and give it a one-star I asked for one sauce packets. I will not be going back nor will I be suggesting anyone at my job order from this...

The folks that work here made my whole week. Home for a funeral, decided some mid-day tacos would be a nice pick me up. I made my normal jokey request of "as much Diablo sauce as you feel comfortable giving me" at the end of my order and pulled around. At the window was a gentleman holding a full box of sauce out the window. Made my day. I appreciate the gesture but accepted what made it into my bag happily. I already had my cash ready but my dog decided to say hi too out of nowhere, prompting the cashier girl to nearly cry with laugher. Thanks you two.
