We recently experienced a break-in that left us feeling vulnerable, and SEI Security stepped in at a critical time to help us secure our business. Their team, led by Sam Blaine, offered to donate a full state-of-the-art security monitoring system completely free of charge. They even coordinated with a partner company to donate and install four outdoor cameras. This generous gesture has significantly enhanced the security of our 8,000-square-foot building and the surrounding area of our whole block!

The SEI team was incredibly professional and efficient, completing the entire installation in less than six hours. I own a local medical clinic and had video and security equipment installed by SEI. Installers did a nice job working with me on the positioning of the cameras until I was satisfied. Where service got extraordinary is when the IT guy came out to help me load a program on my phone and PC so I can remotely see what was going on. The card he left said his name was Eddie Acosta. He came in and did things he did not have to do. He saw that Comcast had installed a second wireless router so he disconnected it and 2 other pieces of equipment I did not need that was slowing down my bandwidth. He created a second wireless network to secure my video feed. He knew this would change my IP address so he made sure all my printers and PC's still mapped to the new WiFi network. I have not seen someone more professional and attentive to the needs of the customer since I opened my doors. 4 other companies came in and could barely get me functioning. Oh and the next day when I was trying to remember everything Eddie did and the passwords for this and that, he had already followed up with a well constructed email that explained everything in detail. ...
