GameStop — Local services in North Las Vegas

I just walked out of this GameStop after I realized the game case that came with my purchase did not have the disc inside. I returned back to the store a couple of days later and spoke to a staff member about it. After examining the game case I brought in they realized they accidentally sold me the display case for the PS4 game instead of the game case with the actual disc in it that is behind the counter. They quickly resolved the problem and provided me the game with no hassle.

I got MW3 as a gift for my birthday. However, it was opened by them. when I went to return it because it was for ps5 (I have xbox series s digital), they did not accept because it was opened. It was opened by them. Then they said that i could trade it in for something different. Mind you, it is a 70 dollar brand new game. They offered 35 bucks.
