(Today's visit) 9/20 Not sure why I expected service to be any better today. I don't recomend this AT&T to anybody because of the wait times in your store. Today I waited 50 mins before filly having to give up and go back to work. Should have taking some lunch and eating in the store but figured I had time...WRONG. I sat there waiting & waiting to be called, all I needed was a Sim card but your 1 worker was busting his ass & helped 4 people to the other guys one customer. Ok understandable but there was what seemed like 3 managers(what ever their title) that just walk around not helping anybody. Except put us in que, When I arrived there was 8 people ahead of me, when I left 50 mins later there was still 3 ahead of me. Thanks for wasting another one of my lunch breaks. (Previous visit) Just visited the store to discover all thier current top tier phones were not on display and was unable to compare features or even handle them. How are you supposed to find out if the S7 edge is worth paying the hundred dollars if you can compare camera, overall size in hand, screen resolution or play with the edges and its advantage. If any...you cant. Ok how bout maybe the new iPhone 6S plus or reg... nope none on display so cant play with the camera or anything else cause you can't open the boxes and none are on display. Ask clear if phone has certain feature... answer given "idk" um let me ask someone... they didnt know either and no the specs dont cover it. Ok so settle on getting a silver S7... "sorry dont have one but we can order it for you". Welp unable to help or have a phone to sell me so only option was to leave and find someone else that has phones. Store has so much real estate that's just empty space, could second as a small skating rink I quess. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI purchased an iPhone 15 and the employee could not download all the apps. I was told their internet was slow and that when I got home I could complete it there. At home my phone still would not connect to WiFi or the internet. The next day I visited AT&T and an employee went through their algorithm but couldnāt correct the problem and seemed frustrated. He then told me that the towers were down. I went to the ATT on Craig Rd and an employee went through the SAME algorithm and also unable to correct the problem. She also informed that the towers were NOT down and felt it was an internal issue with the phone. She suggested that I take the phone to Apple and have them do a diagnostic and then Apple could replace my phone. Today I went to Apple and they were able to correct the problem within a minute. It was the VPN interfering. Once the VPN was removed from the new phone (not just turned off), the phone worked perfectly. The employees at AT&T only follow the algorithm. The Apple employees have more experience and knowledge about the phone. In the future I will be purchasing my phones from Apple instead of AT&T. This was a 3...

As I walked in the rep asked what I was looking for as tho he was going to help me, UNTILā¦I was asking questions about a SE2 which he pointed out with an attitude. He didnāt offer to tell me anything about the features or cost just pointed at it like āthere it isāā¦.i asked about the SE2 because I had one a year ago that was stolen. This one didnāt look like what I had, I told him that and with a nasty tone he said; āThat IS the SE2 new oneāā¦.meanwhile; his cohort started slamming and shutting down the bars and gates to lock up! I then decided, I donāt wanna spend this much of my money in here.
