Habit Burger & Grill — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

Good burger place. Clean and modern looking and the food was not too oily like you get at some places. My son loved the Chocolate Shake and my wife and I enjoyed the Charred burgers we ordered.

Reason for the less 1 point is the ordering system. Placed order online for pickup while my wife was driving to their store from a quick shopping trip, but messed up the CVC code on the back of my card. Got a call at 4:10pm for an order to be picked up at 4:20pm originally place at 3:30pm.

Lady over the phone tells me my card was declined and if I wanted to correct the card. I of course said yes and gave her all my details again. At which she says “Thanks just bring your card in with your ID”. I promptly said my wife is picking up I am just ordering because I am static and she is driving.

Lady replied with well we will just cancel the order and you can place another one with your wife’s details or when she gets here, and even with the original order it will be another 10 mins late. It was just a rude way to address a Client especially when it is a very common occurrence. Families order for other family members to pick up at least we do at many stores/shops.

What was more annoying was after I used a card that my wife had on hand for the order after a quick call to her and she went to pickup with her ID and Card present they DID NOT even check or request it. So the Staff member basically was being annoyingly difficult over the phone or their policies are not thoroughly followed.

To top that, my wife had to wait till 4:45pm an extra 15 mins past the new delayed time. So ordered at 3:30pm got served at 4:45pm.

Other than that, the food was good, and we will be visiting them sometime in the future but maybe this time give their actual sit-in dining a try and review accordingly, hopefully it’s not only the food that’s good but also the service.

I still recommend you “reading this review” check them out non-withstanding the food deserves it.

Mood - Hunger

Have you ever been so hungry that nothing sounds good. Because you let the day slip you by and just didnt eat. Well that was my world and has been alot lately. Tonight however, Habit was suggested and my ears quickly perked up like a dog that is being told they are going to the park. I was down like Charlie Brown at that moment.

Upon entering was greeted with stellar customer service. They were close to almost closing but still allowed us to enter. I had some questions especially about that new brunch burger. Ok ok, maybe I was trying to make up for missing breakfast and dinner. Dont judge me. lol

Opted for the Brunch burger, Tri Tip Steak Sandwich, Onion Rings, Tempura Green Beans, and of course a couple of teas. Can I saw wow that burger was good. The egg was cooked just right. i will def order this one again. And oh my those onion rings were the perfect amount of crunchy. No - they did not make it to my house. I ate all of them between the walk to my car and the drive to the 215 on ramp.

Interior was very clean. Several booth arrangements. Now with the safety protocols lightening up, you are able to get your own beverages from the dispenser. Staff was wearing masks and gloves to ensure safety. Everything was very clean.

Would def recommend - pricing was reasonable and staff was wonderful. I love great customer service. Especially at fast food type places as most people dont acknowledge the staff for...

I first tried Habit in Orlando, FL when they were there for a short time before they ultimately closed. I remember enjoying everything on the menu except for the burgers, the meat quality wasn't good there and they tasted.. slimy.. I think is the best word I can give it.

I wanted to give Habit a try here since they are from CA originally, I figured maybe the quality will be better here. I ordered online for pickup. Food came out fast and was good quality. I'm in love with the tempura green beans, I love having that as a menu option. I wish it could be a substitute for fries. It was a very small portion here when in FL it definitely felt like much more. They're my favorite thing on the menu, crispy and delicious with their ranch. The burgers here are much better than when I've tried them before. The meat tastes completely different, much better here, I just think the patties needed a little salt.

The service was friendly and I even spoke to who I think is their general manager because I parked in a curbside spot thinking I could choose that as a pickup option, he came in wondering who was parked there and it was me. He wasn't angry about me being parked there and was very nice.

Their dragonfruit limeade is SOOO good. Can I get a gallon of it?

Overall, I'm much happier with my visit to Habit on this coast than on the east coast. Sad I knocked it...
