No. 1 Boba Tea Aliante — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

I was having a Dad-Daughter adventure on 24 May 2024 and I thought, "What could make this day even more spectacular?" My daughter mentioned she wanted some boba and there you have it folks, that's what made the day more astonishing. We just happened to be at Costco (what better place to spend time with your daughter right?), and realized that this boba shop was right across the street from our current location, so we headed that way.

When we walked in, we were greeted very nicely by the employees at the counter. It took me a while to order because I couldn't decide what I wanted and the employee at the register was graciously patient, which I appreciated. I asked about a couple different drinks and their ingredients and finally decided on the Japanese Sencha Milk Tea w/Boba, and my daughter ordered the Matcha Milk Tea w/Boba. Both of our drinks were phenomenal and it gave me an idea of what to order the next time I go to a boba shop (I'm not the resident boba master).

The prices at this business were very reasonable. In fact, I highly appreciate this business's continued support to the active folks in the Armed Forces and its Veterans. The customer support, as alluded to earlier, was outstanding and the main area seemed to be adequately clean. There's ample parking spots for this boba shop so I don't suspect there to be a problem in that area. I highly recommend No.1 Boba...

I usually come visit this place . How ever the quality of the product served is changed . Is not the same , there is no consistency. I brought it up to cashier and she said don’t worry we will remake it .I said this drink is not slushy; is like a tea and it supposed to be slushy; It was the orange vanilla, so I told her I don’t want it just make me one like my wife’s a peanut and bananas .the cashier lady has the best customer service at this store , she said “ don’t worried we will remake it.” Mason the manager came back with my Drink now is the peanut butter and Banana how ever he make it so water down that I told him look at my wife’s drink so thick and look at mine so watery. He said to me sorry we are so busy . So I told him I don’t want that … so he took it threw it away a never offered me an option to another drink walked away and went to the back of the store , I sat down at the table with my wife . And my wife went to the cashier this is in acceptable make my husband the drink like mine ,the cashier did .she was great ; how ever Mason is not the manager that you need in your store . You want someone that can fix problem solving issues…. He just walked to the back of the store and never came back to apologize or anything . Came inside to try out No1 for the first time along with a colleague that recommended me to try this place. I've tried bubble tea let alone worked in one before so I feel like I know the protocols. I asked certain questions since certain bubble shops work their drinks differently. And the responses I get from the female worker working there on the register were very quick and vague. She hated the idea that I asked so many questions and did not make her day easier. It was very unprofessional and displeasing to see this sort of attitude with customers.

I also was still in the process of my drink order, but then she pushed the coworker there to make the drink already without me finishing out my one drink completely. I understand getting ahead of yourself, but not to the point where the customer is still figuring out one drink order and is asking coworker to do it midway through the level process.

Probably will not visit there again especially when I was told by another colleague how the same girl counted tips while she was there and backed everyone else from ordering, pushing them aside to just count the money in the jar.
