CrunCheese Korean Hot Dog — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

May 1st, 2025 It’s been a 2 years since my previous review of this CrunCheese Korean Hot Dog store, I occasionally would come here since my previous review but continued to go to the one on Blue Diamond instead, I came here today and this place is the exact same as previously, the store is so empty inside, the tables are so sticky for some reason and the wall under the single table they have is littered with shoe prints. The cashiers weren’t very welcoming and overall it wasn’t the greatest experience. I’m going to continue going to the Blue Diamond location as this location still hasn’t fixed the issues from before.

The food was great and the employees were nice, this was my first time coming to this location as I always go to the Blue Diamond location and occasionally the China Town location. The restaurant is very empty and there's not many decorations inside, also the floor was extremely dirty, I could see shoe prints and smears on the floor and on the walls under the tables. The employees sort of just stood there chatting when there were obvious tasks they could be doing. Afterwards we got our hot dogs, they seemed a bit smaller than the other location's hot dogs but we didn't really mind. Other than that...

Upon entering was not greeted as everyone else was who entered. Almost was very unwelcoming. That is why only 4 stars instead of 5. I am familiar with the menu from the other locations I entertain, so quickly placed the order.

Opted basically for one of everything minus the squidink dog. Of course when it came to the doctoring up part. This is why I am giving the 4 stars. The other lady that helped us was so friendly. She honestly needed to the be the one working the register. She was surprised that I opted for the sugar. " When in Rome" plus just try it. It wouldnt be a crowd favorite if it wasnt good. JS . My dogs were all packed wonderfully to ensure a safe car ride home

Interior is huge. It is not intended for eat in. There is plenty of space. Especially right now with all of the Covid uncertainty of life. The perfect space for Covid distancing. Staff were wearing masks to ensure good Ol Covid safety. Music was playing in the background.

The food is good, the service is good, and the price is right. I ordered a Cheddar Hot Dog. It was my first time visiting and I didn't know what toppings to add on. Luckily, the employee at the counter was nice enough to help me, so I went with her recommendation. I believe it was a combination of ketchup, mustard, sweet chili sauce and parmesan cheese? I know it sounds bizarre but we love that, and it turned out to be pretty dang good! None of the 4 flavors was overpowering, and they just seem to compliment each other very well. We also ordered the Squid Ink, Mozza hot dog, and the rice cake (rolled In sugar). These were good too, but I was very satisfied with my order. I should've ordered two. You even get to watch them fancy up the corndog which I thought made it a fun experience. Definitely coming back here...
