Have never given a high rating for a troubled tranaction, however I'm always fair, given the situation. Saturday at 9:30am I took my Daughters cell phone in for a very hard concrete crash on the screen, the one request I had was it was urgent & needed the phone back at the latest Tuesday, EOB.

I was told a request for overnight screen replacment would be ordered for Motorolla z play, Monday afternoon I called for a progress check, told he had a problem getting the screen, I reiterated I would not have paid (myself) if it could not be available by EOB Tuesday.

Called again Tuesday afternoon and was told it would be ready Wednesday, I stated I would deal with that, provided it was in the morning, the afternnon would not be of any use to me.

So, it's another call (never got a call, hence a -star) and told it would be ready in two hours, putting the time past my useful period at around 5:30pm....ON Wednesday!

Now I was ticked, as he appeared to have a cavilier attitude to the time element, disregarding the time element (which was crucial for me) the work was professionaly done and priced right for the market - No complaints on value, however there needs to be a denial to do work, if it comes with a caveate and that cant be met. I could have taken the phone elsewhere and had it back by Tuesday mid day.

Question might be, as a customer, would I use them again? Yes, provided there was no need to depend on 'urgent'. Price & work was at a...

I went there fix my I phone screen. I drove 35 minutes to get there because he says $60 I thought was cheap , it was fixed quick ! I was so happy. Then I got home barely dropped my phone it cracked again. Normally it not cracked that easy. So thought just bad luck. So I went back spend an other 60 let him changed again. Of course next day it happened again. So I called him to change again. He asked 75 , I even thinking about he put cursed on my phone!!!! Really. So I decided call other places. They even cheaper than this guy! After I was waiting it get fixed. It takes little longer. I ask them why my phone crack so easily after I changed screen, I got notifying this place took my phone screen brackets out didn’t put back in. So it cracks much easier. So I can keep going back to them so keep steal my money!!!! So sad , I will let everyone know your dishonesty!!!! People beware this con artist.everyone who got the screen changed here should take it to other places down the road get it checked !!! I do not want to give Cell Phone and PC Repair not one star because they left me hanging and never fixed my computer. When I carried it in to the shop, I informed them that my hard drive was bad. I was told they would diagnose it which is understandable. When I picked it up and asked what did they find wrong with it, I was told it was not the hard drive, instead it was loose wires. Got it home, a few days later the Operating system crashed. Back to the shop I went with the computer. Several days later, when I picked it up, when I asked what was wrong all they could say was that my OS crashed (well I knew that), I was finally told, to have diagnostics done on it and I did. The hardware diagnostics results said that I had a bad hard drive..".recommended to replace the hard drive". I called the shop and informed them of the results and again I was told it was not the hard drive. At this point, after spending around $200 on this shop and for the diagnostics, I was still at ground 0. My computer had not been fixed. Maybe this shop understands repair on cell phones, but it is apparent they do not understand hard drive errors and failures. What a waste. I would not recommend them because I would hate for someone else to experience what I went through. Highly disappointed in the expertise level...
