Zagg has always been helpful. However, today was an exceptionally kind, and good day. I took my phone in. It’s an iPhone 12 and was looking for a replacement for an outer cover made by otter. She said they didn’t have any in the store, she told me that which stores might have something that could help me or which stores definitely did not have things that could help me. that helped me limit where I would look next. As I was about to leave, she said wait just a minute. Let me see your phone I showed it to her. She looked up on her computer and found a place she could order an Otter outer cover that would match my phone perfectly.
